From 35mm Precision to Unscripted Instinct

My journey in the film and television industry began nearly two decades ago, forged in the disciplined, technical environment of elite celluloid productions. I developed my craft as a loader and camera assistant on some of the most visually demanding features in modern cinema, including the Academy Award-winning Mad Max: Fury Road, Black Sails, and Homeland. This foundation in 35mm film provided me with a deep technical and a precision-oriented mindset that I carry onto every set today. Over the last 6yrs, I have successfully transitioned into a versatile Camera Operator, specializing in global reality franchises such as Survivor (SA:Philippines, and Samoa), Love Island (UK, Australia, and SA), and The Real Housewives. Whether I am managing complex Hot Head remote rigs or capturing raw, unpredictable human emotion in remote island environments, I combine the visual of high-end scripted storytelling with the rapid intuition required for unscripted television.
